AI Pet Christmas Card (aipetchristmas.com) is operated by ZHOU QINGFENG, an individual (sole proprietor). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service and how we handle it. We keep data collection minimal.

What We Collect

Photo you upload. Your pet's photo is uploaded to our servers and processed to generate your Christmas card. Photos are used only for this purpose.

Device identifier. We store an anonymous device ID in your browser to track your free quota (3 cards) and prevent abuse.

IP address and browser information. We log your IP address and user-agent briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Payment information. We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record, under their privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use your information solely to operate the service: generate your Christmas cards, enforce the free quota, prevent abuse, and process refunds when applicable. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

Generated images and uploaded photos are retained for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) to allow downloads and support, then deleted. Quota counters and rate-limit logs are retained for fraud prevention.

Third-Party Processors

We use the following processors: Replicate (AI image generation), Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, R2 storage), and Paddle (payments). Each processor handles data only to provide its service.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (when configured) to understand aggregate usage. You can block these via your browser settings without affecting the core service.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@aipetchristmas.com. We will honor deletion requests promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
