By accessing or using AI Pet Christmas Card (aipetchristmas.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The service is operated by ZHOU QINGFENG, an individual (sole proprietor), doing business as AI Pet Christmas Card. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Your License to Us

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own the photo or have the right to upload it. You grant us a limited license to process the photo for the sole purpose of generating the Christmas card you request. We do not claim ownership of your photos or your generated images.

Generated Content

The images generated through our service are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes — prints, gifts, social media, products, and more. We may show de-identified examples of generated images on our site for marketing purposes. We will not include identifiable personal information in such examples.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing (including unauthorized use of brands, trademarks, or real people's likenesses), hateful, or explicit. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

AI Disclaimer

Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may not perfectly match your pet's appearance. The service and its outputs are provided "as is" and do not constitute any promise or guarantee of a specific result.

Subscriptions & Billing

Pro is a paid plan processed by our payment provider, Gumroad. After purchase you receive a License key by email, which you enter on our Pricing page to unlock unlimited cards. Recurring charges (for monthly/annual plans) are managed by Gumroad until you cancel. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Pet Christmas Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms, abuse, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the service and its users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
