We want you to love your AI pet Christmas cards. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@aipetchristmas.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used at checkout. We will process refunds within 3–5 business days. Because payments are handled by Gumroad (our merchant of record), refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Gumroad.

Digital Goods

Our service delivers digital content (AI-generated images) immediately upon generation. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, the 7-day refund window applies only to paid Pro subscriptions, not to free-tier usage or already-delivered individual card credits.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
